ThinkPalm is proud to announce that it has been ranked among the Top 100 organizations in India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026 (Mid-size category), an award presented by Great Place To Work® India Institute. This is the fifth time ThinkPalm has earned this recognition, following its wins in 2020, 2022, 2023, and 2024.
The 2026 study captured the voices of over 48 lakh employees across 1,800+ organizations in India. Against that backdrop, ThinkPalm’s ranking reflects sustained progress in building a workplace where women are supported at every stage of their careers.
Named among India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women in 2020, 2022, 2023, 2024, and now 2026.
Women make up over 40% of ThinkPalm’s overall workforce.
Women are represented at various levels of the organization, supporting inclusive growth and leadership.
ThinkPalm’s people-first culture is built on safety, inclusion, and opportunity. The company works to ensure that women are encouraged to thrive, grow, and lead without boundaries. This award celebrates our commitment to that goal, as well as the brilliant and resilient female leaders who drive our success every day.
This year, based on a rigorous evaluation methodology, 200 organizations have been recognized as India’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2026. Among other practices, these organizations excel in the people practices they have crafted for their employees and in acting proactively on feedback to build a high-trust culture. The report and the complete list (in alphabetical order) can be viewed on the Great Place To Work® India website.
Women continue to be a critical part of India’s workforce, accounting for nearly a quarter of the workforce. Our research finds that women represent 28% of individual contributor roles, but the representation drops drastically to just 17% at the middle managerial level, highlighting the need for stronger career continuity, sponsorship, and support systems. The opportunity before leaders today is to provide longevity to women’s careers, enabling women through key career and life-stage transitions. To leverage their potential, organizations must redesign career paths, workplace practices, and leadership behaviours to sustain career momentum, especially when career and life demands intersect. Congratulations to India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2026 for setting the benchmark and creating environments where women can flourish, be leaders, and help shape the future.
Our achievements are only possible because of the amazing people who work here. Our women continue to inspire us to raise the bar higher for a positive workplace culture every single day.
