ThinkPalm Technologies and SJ Integrated Solutions (SJ-IS), a member of SJ Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to work together on technology engineering, software development and system integration, and to pursue new markets across India and Southeast Asia.
The collaboration brings together ThinkPalm’s expertise in agentic AI, edge computing, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) through its NetvirE platform, alongside SJ-IS’s 24K digital intelligence platform and built-environment expertise. The partnership aims to explore how these complementary capabilities can support enterprise applications and evolving customer requirements.
As part of the MOU, both organizations will explore a shared roadmap for integrating ThinkPalm’s NetvirE platform with the 24K platform through defined interfaces. The proposed integration aims to connect IIoT capabilities with digital intelligence to support enterprise-scale applications.
The organizations also intend to combine their engineering expertise to explore new solutions and AI-driven features tailored to market needs.
