Over the years we have been following a simple but mighty notion – the ant philosophy. We thought, if we put it to practice, mighty goals migrate to smart goals.
Let us look into the ant’s philosophy, do they follow “Think Big, Act Small”. Most of us do work in Agile Methodologies, Scrum Framework, and Modular Software Development Cycle. Have we thought where its origin is from? The answer lies right in front of us.
To understand we need to deep dive into the four part philosophy that our dear ants follow in their life.
Here is the first part: Ants never quit. Yes true, they really never quit from the task they have been assigned. We all might have tried to stop an ant at least once in our life time, have we ever succeeded? You end up seeing the ants looking for another way and walking towards their goal. ThinkPalm family believes the same ideology. Nothing can stop us, we always find a way keep moving forwards.
Diversified product and services is an integral part of any business. It gives strength to any business to stay on the course and continue serving our employees, so that they can take care of the customers. This is the second part where, ants think winter all summer. As the ancient story says, “Don’t build your house on the sand in the summer.” Why do we need that advice? Because it is important to be realistic. In the summer, you’ve got to think storm. You’ve got to think rocks as you enjoy the sand and sun. Think ahead. We believe, it’s quite an important slant.
No business stays due course without facing summer and winter. So did us. But, the third part of the ant philosophy, “ants think summer all winter” kept us swing right through it. We realised it is important to remind ourselves, during the winter, “This won’t last long; we’ll soon be out of here.” And just like, the ants are out on the first warm day, we did. Today we are 300 plus family rowing the boat for the same goal together.
And here’s the last part of the ant philosophy. How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for the winter? All he possibly can. What an incredible philosophy! We at ThinkPalm had gathered all we can during the summer, to Innovate, Connect and empower every lives around the globe.
